Had a blast last night with the family carving pumpkins! This is a Halloween-eve tradition every year for the Ferguson’s. We even have several special pumpkin carving knifes, pumpkin-gut (you know the stuff inside the pumpkin) scoopers and a magazine with a selection of of jack-o-lantern examples. We also started a (totally absurd) new Halloween tradition where we stand around the newly carved pumpkins and sing “Oh, Jack-O-Lantern” to the tune of “Oh, Christmas Tree”. It was ridiculous, but fun. All and all a great night of fun in preparation for a fun night of trick-or-treating!
